I’m using Outlook 2010. I have “contacts” (that is where all my main numbers are located). I also have another folder that is named “business”. I only want to sync the “contact” file. BUT I can not exclude the “business”. Any ideas?

To sync selected contacts from Outlook to iPhone, follows these steps:-
– In Outlook, go to File > New > Outlook Data File and call it “My personal folders”
– Right-click “My personal folders” and select New, name the new folder “Unwanted Contacts”
– Right-click “Unwanted Contacts” and select Properties > Outlook Address Book. Activate the “Show as an E mail address book” option
– Move the contacts you don’t want on your iPhone to the “Unwanted Contacts” folder and delete them from the “Contacts” folder in your Exchange “Mailbox”
– On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and select your Exchange account
– Turn off Exchange ActiveSync-Contacts
– Press “Stop Syncing”, which will delete all Exchange contacts from your iPhone
– Go to Contacts to make sure that all contacts have indeed been removed
– Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and select your Exchange account
– Turn on Exchange ActiveSync-Contacts, which will Resync your new Exchange contacts list to your iPhone (which is smaller)
– You now have only selected contacts on your iPhone, but still have all contacts in Outlook for email
