cannot turn off my mobile

I had the smiler problem . Here is what worked for me

1: Press and hold Power Button for 8 seconds until it turns off
2: Press Power Button to Power Up. Done

Hello everyone, I have changed my Server Provider, deleted all Access points of the old Server Provider from the phone and installed the new connections. Surfing works fine. Only Ovi-Maps asks always to set the Access points. Short after the start and every now and then while in use. It also doesn’t remember my Ovi login. The Sports tracker also asks. Can someone help?

I am using Nokia E7 from last many months. For security purpose, I have installed an Anti-theft that is F-secure on my sim card which I was using. It is nice software which has kept my phone long away from many viruses and thefts. Currently I am using a prepaid-card . My phone is working well but I am unable to install ... I enter the correct code which I am sure about it, but still it is not deactivating. Please someone help me and tell me what to do to remove the F Secure
