bb9800 cannot connect internet using wi-fi

my bb9800 unable to connect internet using wi-fi. message is unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. need assistant. thks.

Think you have to change the settings to Hotspot Browser.

1: Open the Browser

2: Press the Menu button next the trackball/pad

3: Options

4: Browser Configration

5: Change the "Browser" to "Hot Spot Browser".

Save and exit the menu and give it a go.

Had connection when first purchased playbook. Upgrade (stupidly) and now my blackberry 9700 wont connect. Told from RIM that I have to upgrade entire phone system server at office. Dont want to have to go through that. How do I lose the download which messed me up. Frustrated beyond belief.
